The classic acorns and oaks sixpence, is made in half silver and is one the most detailed of all sixpences. The British oak is a symbol for endurance, strength and fertility and the acorn is one of the most iconic of Autumn's bounty.
The sixpence measures 19mm in diameter and is 50% sterling silver and 50% copper nickel.
The solid sterling silver chain measures 18inches or 22inches in length and fastens with a lobster clasp.
This beautiful sixpence is 90 years old and has taken many journeys in its time, perhaps even across oceans and continents. Some signs of wear will be evident, adding to the uniqueness of each one I make.
Presented in a Prenoa gift box, this design is suitable for: Daily wear, occasional wear.
A silver polishing cloth will be included with your purchase. Use this regularly to retain shine.
