British half pennies are a favourite coin, featuring Francis Drake's ship The Golden Hind. Minted in bronze and coupled with rose gold.

--

Features:

1958 Date - currently a 65th birthday year.

The coin is a rough sea half penny, minted in bronze and measures 22mm in diameter. It has been double drilled, to feature the chain in two sections, a really desirable alternative to a single drilled pendant.

The chain measures 18inches and fastens at the back. The pendant chain is rose gold on sterling silver (vermeil) and is excellent quality.

Gift boxed and ready for giving, this beautiful necklace is named 'Porthole' in honour of the portholes on the famous ship. A thoughtful gift for a mariner, someone who loves to travel or is about to go on a voyage of some kind!
