Yes. Our bespoke service allows customers to send their coins to us and we will create your forever coin into your dream coin jewellery. We also offer a sourcing service if you would prefer us to find a coin for you.

Lead time ranges depending on the work involved. We agree lead time on bespoke work before work commences. Sometimes this can be as soon as one week, but with more complicated bespoke work or busy times of the year, it may be up to one month. Please message us to enquire if you're unsure.

Most pieces come beautifully gift boxed in our Prenoa branded boxes. Accompanying items like small initial charms are gift wrapped in a drawstring bag if purchased alone. Gift wrap options can be found in the picture gallery of each product.

Coin jewellery should be cared for like any other jewellery. Keeping it away from perfumes, moisturisers, direct sun and perspiration will make it less prone to tarnishing.
