Handcrafted for you, every time...

Every order that is placed by you, is made for you. It is almost impossible to predict what combination of coin, year, charm or chain will be requested next, so we don't try, as you always surprise us! Instead, we make for you when your order is placed. There are many advantages to this - firstly, you receive freshly polished, freshly gift wrapped pieces. Secondly, we are true believers that each person has a coin that is meant for them. When your purchase is made, your very own forever coin is selected; the perfect coin at the perfect time you have chosen. 

Once your item has been made, polished and gift wrapped, it is then labelled and marked for dispatch. This typically happens in 2-5 working days if your item does not have bespoke elements.

Despatch and Delivery

We use Royal Mail, the UK's national postal service and one of the oldest in the world. Post is safely collected Monday - Friday and taken directly to the city sorting office. Bank Holidays and public holidays are exempt from these collections.

An email will be sent to you when your order is being posted. This will include a tracking number and contact details in case you need to contact Prenoa, so please do check you've supplied the right email address.

Royal Mail send UK items by recorded signed, which aims to deliver within three working days.

For the rest of the world, Royal Mail works with business partners across the globe to hand over post to customs and then those partners. All services are tracked and most are signed for. Australia and New Zealand are sent with a tracked service only, USA are sent Tracked and Signed for Small Parcel. All are priced at £14.50.

These services differ in transit times. Royal Mail aims for 7-10 working days. Whilst the business service I use is very good, delays are possible and it is the responsibility of the buyer to make their purchase in plenty of time to ensure the item is received in time for that special occasion. Please allow up to 30 working days for your item to arrive, and check your tracking regularly. If your tracking does not update, it is likely your item is being held in customs ready to be screened.
