This design is made with a real 1993 French 10 centimes coin. The centimes were in circulation in France until the introduction of the Euro, making these dainty coins a really interesting 30th pedant!
This coin has been expertly soldered with solid gold and the bail sits a-top the coin, which gives a more refined finish to the drilled coins.
