Two Amazing October Updates!

Two Amazing October Updates!

Here it is, the start of October! Bring out the big blankets, harvest the pumpkins, light some candles and be in bed by 9pm – or is that just me?! There is something really comforting about these things and whilst I love summer, I am grateful for the nod nature is giving to wind it in a bit and do as she does. This year more than ever, there has been a wave of cheerful dahlias, acorns and pumpkin chai lattes on instagram and I just love seeing how you all share your go-to Autumn comforts.

August and September were the months of big plans for Prenoa; and October is the month where I can reveal what I have been working on. It’s been so important to get the new workshop and studio finally functional and to be honest, this has taken longer than expected. It hasn’t stopped us planning and prototyping, so now it’s time to share two bits of news with you.

Firstly…..

I am releasing the Autumn Edit 2020 later this month and there are going to be pieces for both men and women this time. Our bangles have been so popular in previous releases and this time I wanted to include men’s accessories too. For many years when I founded Prenoa, I focussed mainly on women’s jewellery, but as time has gone on, I have been able to find a way to make cufflinks to the very best of my ability- and I never offer something unless I know I can provide the best. And, as a bonus, there will also be a unisex product line that I think you will like.

What is going to be featured in the update?

The new range will immortalise four kinds of coins – sixpences, farthings, silver threepences and French centimes. These are currently the most popular coins as chosen by you and all are available as necklaces and bracelets already. But not as bangles and cufflinks – until now! Many of these designs are entirely new and whilst sixpence cufflinks have been a popular favourite in the past, farthings and centimes are yet to be launched. It is so important to me, that I can bring you original, innovative ways to enjoy our coins and style differently. This is what drives me on and keeps the company offering fresh new or reworked pieces that just get better and better.

What can I find out more?

I will be sharing more of the new edit over the next few days here on the blog and through social media, before they are officially published later in the month. If you aren’t following me on Instagram or Facebook, pop on over because that is where I will be sharing behind the scenes clips, photos from the workshop and snapshots of the finished pieces. I’ll also be introducing them via video, as a still image never does these coins the justice they deserve!

Sixpences are our most popular cufflinks to date – could that all change with this Autumn?

Secondly…

The second update I have for you is the launch of some very super little accessories for the festive season. This year more than ever, I think we all need a lift and so I have put together some cheerful designs, suitable for dressing up pressies, Secret Santas, hanging on the Christmas tree and even having on your dinner table. I’m adding these to a new (as yet unshared) section on my website at the moment, ready to go live after the bangles and cufflinks, but as ever, sneaky peeks will be making their way out through social media for little glimpses of what is going on. I am so enjoying photographing homeware again and the studio is awash with linens, silver, china and glistening lights on filming days! Now we have a beautiful garden too, with holly, bay and berries, there is a high likelihood the plants will make an appearance too – any opportunity to bring everything I love to you!
