Pricing & lead times
We craft bespoke proposals after a brief, but typical timelines are: small-batch samples (2–3 weeks), limited production runs (4–8 weeks). Lead time varies by quantity, plating/hallmark needs and seasonal peaks (please enquire early for festive deadlines). We always try to exceed expectations and will sometimes be able to fulfil ahead of schedule.
(Note: corporate gifting budgets are migrating toward quality and longevity — offering fewer, higher-value items often returns greater client and staff retention.)

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes — volume pricing is available for orders over agreed thresholds. Please enquire with quantities for a bespoke quote.
Q: Can pieces be personalised with logos or engraving?
A: We can discuss engraving or custom packaging. Coin faces are historic items so we usually personalise the packaging or provenance card rather than alter the coin itself. It may be possible to create precious metal mounts with engraving as part of the piece.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We support UK and international shipping; for large volumes we recommend DDP options to improve recipient experience.
