This service includes the resize and polish of one sterling silver Prenoa bangle, carried out in our Stamford workshop to ensure comfort, longevity and the perfect fit. Perfect for those who need a resize on their original purchase, for themselves or to hand on to the next generation.

Who This Service Is For

This service is ideal for existing Prenoa customers who wish to adapt, resize, or personalise their sterling silver heirloom bangles for long-term wear. It is also suitable for bangles purchased as gifts, that require adjustment.

How the Process Works

1. Purchase the service online along with the 'Returns' product service. Check out together. Postage will be added to cover our postage costs.

2. We confirm details via email.

3. Jewellery is worked on in our Stamford workshop

4. Your piece is returned ready to wear to your desired size.

Materials & Craftsmanship

All services are carried out using traditional bench techniques and appropriate tools for sterling silver. The hallmark will be preserved on your piece for the future and we aim to adjust within 10 workings days. Handmade jewellery can sometimes have slight variations of 1-2mm due to the character and nature of handcrafted. We take great care with your jewellery and will return your item back to the sizing you specify.

No. We will resize the bangle and give the item a basic polish before returning. For a more comprehensive clean, please also purchase the 'Standard' or 'Heirloom' polish product alongside your resize.
