This service includes the enriched, heirloom polish of one Prenoa item, carried out in our Stamford workshop to ensure your jewellery continues to sparkle and shine. Perfect for those who need a refresh, have a special occasion to wear their piece to or wish to maintain their Prenoa piece to the level it deserves!

Who This Service Is For

This service is ideal for existing Prenoa customers who wish to maintain their heirloom coin jewellery for long-term wear to a professional refresh level. UK residents only. For international customers, please contact us for and up to date quotation.

How the Process Works

1. Purchase the service online along with the 'Returns' product service. Check out together. Postage will be added to cover our postage costs.

2. Please email us with a photo of your item and wait. We will confirm respond via email with our unique polish plan.

3. Jewellery is worked on in our Stamford workshop

4. Your piece is returned ready to wear to your desired size.

Materials & Craftsmanship

All services are carried out using traditional bench techniques and appropriate tools where applicable. The hallmark will be preserved on your piece for the future and we aim to adjust within 10 workings days. Our polishing will retain the original patina of the coin. We take great care with your jewellery and will return your item back to you looking great.
