Who This Service Is For

This service is ideal for existing Prenoa customers who wish to adapt, repair or personalise their coins or coin jewellery for long-term wear. 

How the Process Works

1. Purchase the service online along with the 'Returns' product service. Check out together. Postage will be added to cover our postage costs.

2. We confirm details via email.

3. Jewellery is worked on in our Stamford workshop once received

4. Your piece is returned ready to wear to your desired specification.

Materials & Craftsmanship

All services are carried out using traditional bench techniques and appropriate tools. The hallmark will be preserved on your piece (if present) for the future and we will be in touch to advise you of lead times. Handmade jewellery can sometimes have slight variations of 1-2mm due to the character and nature of handcrafted. We take great care with your jewellery and will return your item back to the sizing or design you specify.

• Approximately 10 working days (sooner if possible, longer during holiday seasons and annual leave)

• Prenoa products only

• We require the customer pays postage costs

• What the service does not include: Full polish, replacement materials.
